Go to http://www.centurylink.com/hsisupport and click on the "Firmware Updates" link.
Select the "Download Now" link in the MAC category and save the file to your desktop.
Access the ZyXel device by typing http://192.168.2.1 in your browser and entering the device password.
Click "Maintenance" located in the menu to the left.
Select "Firmware and Factory Reset".
Select the update file and click "Open"
Click "Upload" to begin the upgrade process.
The Firmware upgrade will now begin.
**Ensure the device is not turned off at any time during this process. Powering off the device or removing the Ethernet cable can cause device failure and may need to be replaced.
You can verify the update was successful by accessing the "System Status" screen in the device.
